What you focus on is what you are attracting to yourself. At these evenings we take you through a beautiful meditation to release and let go of emotions, feelings and beliefs that do not serve you.

Would you like to be able to release and let go of such things as stress, anxiety, worry, anger, shame, guilt, feeling left out, being unwanted, shyness, fear of failure, irritation and many, many more?

Would you like to be able to bring in positive beliefs and feelings of such things as joy, love, confidence, being wanted, happiness, being fulfilled, living your life purpose, success, communication and many, many more?

We will show you, in just a few minutes, how you can determine the beliefs held in your subconscious mind. Then we will facilitate the changes using the Theta Healing technique.

Each month there is a different theme and many people join us each month for this wonderful, transformational healing.

To attend you need no prior knowledge or experience. You will be guided clearly through the meditation and healing work.

The evening will be 90 minutes of healing, meditation and demonstrations. There will then be the opportunity for meeting with us and asking questions.

The fee for these workshops is £15 on the night or £10 when paid for and booked online.
